Bouldering is a fun, physically healthy, and mentally challenging activity. This climbing
discipline takes place on lower rocks, either natural or artificial, without the use of a climbing
harness or rope. Climbers use only basic equipment, such as climbing shoes and chalk,
which helps keep their hands dry, increasing friction and improving grip. For safety, special
small portable mats (crash pads) are used when climbing outdoors, while classic mats,
similar to those used for high jump landings, are used in indoor climbing gyms. Indoor gyms
feature artificial plastic holds that are used to create climbing routes. These routes vary in
difficulty and are marked accordingly, allowing each visitor to choose a route that matches
their climbing abilities.
Sport climbing is a relatively new, but increasingly popular sport worldwide, gaining its
ultimate recognition by becoming part of the Olympic sports family. What makes sport
climbing unique is the fact that people of all ages can participate, from young children to
older adults. Climbing gyms are designed to accommodate this, with certain sections or
areas specifically adapted for different age groups.
To start with—nothing! You can rent all the necessary equipment from us when you first start
out. No prior knowledge of climbing or safety techniques is required. It is recommended to
train in sportswear, anything that you would usually wear in a gym.

behavior, take care of yourself, and be mindful of other climbers.
We offer programs tailored to your team, whether it’s a group of friends, a school class, a
football team, or a bachelor party crew. Participants can expect a team-building program with exciting group tasks and games in the most modern bouldering gym. Our creative, friendly, and skilled coaches lead and supervise all team events. Upon request, we can
create and conduct a customized program in English.
